Hey guys, I recieved my 1330 about a two weeks ago and it was perfect except for two things a WD hard drive that alwys "clicks" and a constant very loud static whine on the right side of my notebook. I followed flamenkos advice and changed some bluetooth power settings which temporaily worked but it came back again. Now I just recieved my replacement today. The build quality of the replacemtn is much worse than my orginal, an uneven base, big left hinge gap and parts not fully snapped into place. Oh, and my replacemnt is Bios revision A08 andit still has a little whine/static but it's not as loud as on my original. Should I ask for another replacement or just keep the better of the two? Thanks for helping me decide.

hmmm, i say make 'em replace it again. i mean, sheesh, you're supposed to get what you pay for, so... that's what i say. and you might express your dissatisfaction to the company. yeah.

I know this doesn't help you but I recently tried to get a replacement and they told me that I would have to just buy another, and return the first for a refund. Is this what you had to do?

PS I do think that you should you should get a machine that you are completely satisfied with. Especially if you care enough to post here.

Thanks, I appreciate both of your guy's suggestions. Vander I did not have to return and reorder. The Technical support rep told me that he was going to send out a technician to replace my motherboard, but i politely told him that i was still in my 21 day return period and this is a brand new computer, I didnt want a stranger to "tear it apart" haha. So he smoke to his supervisor and sent me a replacement.

And does anyone know what issues BIOS A08 revision fixes? b/c if it fixes the whine I think I'll just wait till it's released and update my first M1330(A07) to the new bios
