Hey, I was just wondering if most people have difficultly getting Dell Support online. They just never seem to even let me IN the queue.

I was just able to talk to them online, you have to keep trying over and over and over again

I have a hard time with it. I usually have to click over and over again submit and then "no, I would like to try the dell chat request again" link. It is ridiculous! I could be doing that pattern for well over 30 minutes and then finally I get it! It gets me really upset!

if your in canada, try at exactly 12 p.m or maybe a few minutes later.if your in usa, try at exactly 8 a.m or a few min later because those are the timings they open at

I thought the on-line chat was only from 8-5 central time. I'm in the eastern time zone so I would always try to log on right at 9 a.m. But, there was a time I had to wait about 5 minutes and was #9 in the queue. I like opting for the chat over the phone because they send you a transcript of your conversation.

Customer Service is open all day on the chat.24/7 I think it's only support for people who are buying or technical support are open from 8-5.

I guess my question is do they ever answer your question? They keep pushing my ship date back on my 1520's and when you contact them they say it will ship on the date and then they move it back again. I don't do it anymore.

Last night I contacted them and I was completely blown off. She actually cut me off mid conversation!
