Dell is refusing to give me anything for my delayed order because they say that they can only offer one compensation per order. But I have seen that others have received a free printer, remote, notebook sleeve, and the $100 compensation for the false advertisement. Anyone else getting this line?

Just be glad you recieved any type of compensation, I got nothing for my first order which was delayed to the point where I was forced to cancel.

I got the compensation for the GDDR3 ram false advertisement issue. I did not get any type of compensation for my order being delayed.

i think its one COUPON compensation per order. i've gotten $140 credit and as of now my $25 coupon is going to be replaced with a $100 coupon. they told me before (when i had a 25 and 100 coupon) that they could only give me one and i got mad and complained and that ended up getting me the 140 credit. but the person i just called and talk to was very nice and explained everything very clearly. one coupon per order.

You're lucky. I can't seem to find a good customer rep. One of them seem nice, until he didnt' email me by the deadline date that he gave me to see if I can be given a notebook sleeve and to give me an update status on my order.

i feel for you. most of the people i talked to i ended up getting really annoyed with. even though i know my order was delayed this rep did a good job of getting me off the phone. im happy cuz i know now that there is someone i can talk to who isn't reading off a sheet of paper and is willing to actually listen to me.
