    Dell Forum,

    I have a Dell D400 with Windows Home 2002 SP3

To get faster browsing I switch to OpenDNS by
selecting "Use the following DNS server addresses"
in the TCP/IP properties and enter the addresses:
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220

This works fine until I reboot. Then my wireless router
is connected but I can't get an internet connection.
When I switch back to "Obtain an IP address automatically"
    the internet gets connected.
    Am I missing something?

    Thanks for any reply,
    Jerryd

Sounds right what you did, but I've never gained a benefit from openDNS over here, only slowdowns...I'm not using windows and can't check the settings but just wanted to add that comment.
