I need this box for Multimedia development. Premier,After effects, Flash etc...

    My concerns:
Is heat that big of an issue with this chip? Does it really get hot?
Should I spend more money to get the 3.2ghz or will I be ok with the 2.8 to do my work.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Sean

Save money by buying the minimum RAM and getting more from www.crucial.com. I think you're fine on teh processor, though HT would be nice. See how much you save on the RAM by going with Crucial, maybe that will get you half way there.
