Honestly I'm planning on using a laptop for school use and light-moderate gaming. I love the specs and everything. But, this might strike it as odd to some people, is it too small? I thought 14.1" is nice, 13.3" is ok. But now 12.1"? I talked to a lot of my friends and other people and they said its too small. So anyone who owns a M1210, andy opinions or feedback?

I am in your position. I went to circuit city and looked at a 12.1 inch screen and felt that it was not that bad. My only hesitation would be to game on it and long typing sessions. You may want to consider hooking it up to an external moniter...

I decided against it since 12.1 is too small for me.

I own the M1210... The 12.1 isn't bad. But I'll admit, after an hour or so or when you are tired - it proves to be somewhat challenging. Spreadsheets and text prove problematic for me after a while, while movie watching and game playing really isn't that bad... Honestly - I think the 13" offers the best compromise here... That's what I'll get next... Possibly the W7...
