    I've always regretted not getting a Studio design on my laptop lid instead of a boring dark blue... but now I'd like to put something on it that's exciting and pops

    So for what exactly are you looking? A skin? A new lid? Between those two, I don't exactly think you have too many more practical options. You could always paint something on it I guess...

    Or buy one off ebay. I've seen a lot going for $20-50. Just follow the Dell service guide. I got mine in first try and was fun.
