I ordered on the 27th of August

I checked earlier today, and it was still in production. I check again 30min ago, and it says "please wait 24s after ordering to view your order, etc etc". So I phone up Dell, and they say there isnt such a order number all of a sudden.

No I didnt cancel, not even close, lol.

Im going to bang my head on the wall now

They may be updating their system. My order did something like that too, saying there was no such order -- only the phone system was working when the online system wasn't and the online system worked when the phone system didn't.

They're probably changing someone else's order to shipped. But at least it doesn't necessarily mean your order is gone.

hey gorox, I had that happen to me when I called CS..the CS number on my account's web page was actually the US number not the canadian one..they couldn't find my order!!

when I called the canadian side they did...make sure you're calling the right place...the canadian CS number is: 1-800-847-4096 then dial 1-2-1..
