    Is there anyone else on this forum that is from the Upstate Western part of New York around Rochester that had ordered a laptop from Dell. If so, what carrier did they use to ship it to you, I hope not DHL because I dont like them, and they are not very big around here.

    I just got my tracking information as well and the courier is .. you guessed it.. DHL. And yeah I know what you mean about DHL not being too big in the area. Well, here's to hoping for smooth deliveries... I wouldn't want to engage in another long and complicated process with DHL and credit card chargebacks.
