I placed an order on 17th June '10, for a Dell Outlet Inspiron 1564. Now, it was in production for a few days (fair enough, an advisor explained that the parts need tested before the device is shipped) and then switched to "Shipped" on 23/06/2010. Here's where the confusion lies. The Dell Order Status page does not display any information on carrier (except INT, which I assume is Interlink) and for Tracking number it STILL does not show. Now, I called Dell Customer Care yesterday who informed me that it will be delivered by DPD but no further information (no dates, no consignment number) and today received a call explaining that it would be delivered TODAY by Interlink. I then received another call saying it would be delivered TOMORROW by DPD. Different advisors. The EDD was 28/06/2010. I deal with DPD in my own line of work, and I know that they have consignment numbers and online tracking, so why can't Dell provide this info to clear up the confusion? Where the hell is my laptop!!![]()

The entire order status system is a shambles that's why! You can always hope you get delivered a laptop from each of them haha
