Both the website and automated phone system are not working right now. This is the first time I got a "Information Temporarily Unavailable" when checking my order status online.

The webpage that never updates properly. I checked my status through the "My Account" section and it says shipped (finally), and when i click on it to get the detailed "order status" page it still shows in production yet it shipped last night according to the other page

Yeah, mine shipped this morning! I was stunned! It was suppose to ship on 8/20! I called the rep and he confirmed the shipment!! Call your rep for actual status.
