    Order Status Site not Working? - DELL UK - Can't check order status?

    I have tried to check my order status yesterday and today but when I enter my customer number and order number I am just getting

    ERROR 505 SERVER PROCESSING AREA
    An error occurred while processing your request. Please click here to return to the home page.

    Is there something wrong with my order or is the www.dell.co.uk/status page just not working properly at the moment?

    It was working fine for me two days ago :(

    Hello mate, I'm getting the exact same problem. I ordered a Dell PC yesterday and this morning I could see all those details and it was being 'prepared for delivery' but now it just takes me to an error page with the exact same text as you quote. This must be their problem, not yours.

    Seems its just the site thats not workin.

    I had a call on my phone today (automated message) to say my Laptop will arrive between 8am and 1pm on 28th August - A week early! YAY!

    I had this problem, after an e-mail to get an update it started working again, seems like they fixed it now.
