    Order Status missing

    Hey. When I check the dell website my order status is missing. Does this mean they are working on it and so they will change the status when they are done? I think its only temporarily missing. I'm just curious why it happens sometimes.

    The could be working on the website. I tried a few days ago as well and the site was undergoing temporarily changes. It only took at lease 10-15 minutes before i could see my status again

    I'm looking at the same thing with my delayed m1330 order. I managed to get thru to them on the phone. Seems like they're a little embarassed to show that the delay is so long. My July 16th order, which was suppose to ship August 3rd is now moved to August 20th. Don't think Dell like to show that. At least I managed to get a free 6-cell battery for the wait. If it delays anymore, will try to get more concession. Any advice? :D

    Yeah...I got 75$ off my order and a free mp3 player. Then I called again and got a 50$ coupon. I wish they'd upgrade my warranty instead. But also, its days later and my order is still missing. It is on the phone but I can't see it on the website. Should I be alarmed yet?
