I get a "The page you are looking for cannot be found and may no longer be available." when i try and track my order, are there any other ways to track it?
Also, does anyone know exactly what components they're in shortage of? (Inspiron 1720)

Have they confirmed payment? They send you two emails and the ordered wont be tracked until the second verification of payment order has come through.

Knowing that it's working for everyone else helps though, i'll give them a call to see what's wrong. -
That was using the IR number, i just found my customer/order no. and that's working.
Suprisingly, i'm in pre-production.
