Which is the best way to go? Are prices substantially different between the two?

The prices should be the same, it just depends on if you want to deal with a real person or not really. I typically order by phone but that is mainly to get all of the deals that I am entitled to ( Dell preferred + Leasing etc ) So in short either way works it just depends on what you feel like dealing with.

I know I can get my EPP discount online..don't think (but not sure) I can get any other discounts. So I guess they're about the same.
