I made an order for 2 XPS M1530 yesterday, after they send me the order, ID and Customer numbers, they sent me another email that says

    "
    Order Delayed
While processing your order, we were unable to obtain authorization from your card issuer for this purchase.
Please contact your card issuer for assistance by calling the customer-service phone number provided on the back of your card. When the issue is resolved, call us at 1-877-819-3355 with your Order Number for further processing.
    "

They just send me one order number, does that mean that the other is alright?
I made the order using two credit cards, so how can i know which is the one that has the problem without calling the bank?
I know i could call the bank but today and tomorrow are holidays and can't contact them. I'm just afraid that dell cancels the order before i reach the bank.

Would dell cancel the order so fast? (i made the order using an offer that will end today that's why i'm afraid that they cancel the order. I can't have the same offer again)

Consider yourself lucky. Dell cancelled three of my orders in a row and not only gave me no chance to rectify the situation but also gave me no notification of what the problem was. Turns out it was because my credit card company 'thought' it was online fraud. Pity no-one chose to take 2 seconds to call me and explain this. With that in mind I would phone Dell to explain the situation and ask them to hold the order for you until you can get it sorted out. Plus you could also find out what card has the problem. Even then they might still cancel it. I hope your luck holds out.

Exact same thing happened to me. Cancelled 3 times consecutively. I even called them the second time to rectify things myself, still no dice. Only the 4th order went through after a prolonged process with 10+ calls to Dell and Visa.

Thankfully it only took a phone call to each to sort the mess out. I would have been distinctly unimpressed had it taken as long as it did for you.
