    Order in Boxing Stage, but CC not charged yet...

    Hi,

    I ordered a new 1420 on 7/6 (late at night) and the ship date is 7/24. I called the automated line today and it says it is in "boxing" and will ship by the 24th. I never received a confirmation email, and my credit card (as of today) still has not been charged. Should I call customer service?

    this is odd. i ordered mine late at night on 7/7/7 and i got charged right away.

    funny I got charged for my XPS 1330 immediately and they cant even give me an order number or find that it even exists. consider yourself lucky. i spent 2 hours trying to find my order with various sales reps, then finally called dell financial to cancel my account that was charged.
