    Order not showing in my account

    Placed order for 1520 this morning using my student discount.
    Never got confirmation email nor order showing in my account.
    Looked at my CC online - looks like charge is pending.
    Called Dell - they said takes 24 business hours to update account, wait until Monday-Tuesday.

    Any ideas? How long it takes to see the order?

    When you order through Dell University, they don't display your order under your account for some reason. (I think... I'm saying this because I ordered the same way you did, and it never showed up under my account, but I did get a conformation email.) When you do receive your conformation email, you have to use the link in there to check your order status, or call and use your order number.

    I see what happening. Will be patiently waiting for email... Too bad they are not giving order number upfront at least...

    You have to email or call to have this added onto your account manually. You can't even do it yourself cause it won't let you for some reason.

    I placed my order over 13 hours ago and still ahve not received any type of confirmation either. I ordered through the home & home office because I was able to get my computer for a lot cheaper this way than through delluniversity.

    I can confirm this. I went through the same thing. But its fixed now. Only took 4 dell chat sessions and a few back and forth emails... sheesh. They were all so nice though, so i didn't get upset.

    I did the chat/email thing, but it was soooooooooo much easier to call. Email takes FOREVER ... and whenever I chatted with a rep, they redirected me somewhere else (usually by phone or email) :)

    After looking over the Dell site I found order and new customer number assigned to it.
    I can see options I ordered but I can't access any billing info to check to make sure price is correct.

    I also used the delluniversity discount and got a conformation email but it wont show under my account not even if i check for lost orders.
