I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but the canadian order status site has not been working for me since I ordered my M1330 in late June. Dell says that they are "working on the issue".
Does anyone else who is ordering through dell.ca know how we can track our orders? Or has sucessfully tracked theirs?

Actually...that method is not always the most accurate. One of my cancelations is still listed there as being in production 3 weeks after it was spewed out and cancelled because of the sku.
The best way is to go log into your Dell account and look at "my orders" It updates instantly as your system does. i would definitely call support in your position though and if the CSR Rep cant give you the answer. Ask politely to speak with the manager because you believe something is not right. -
My m1330 is in Delivery Preparation and it says the Ship Date is Aug 2!
I ordered through EPP early July, and it got cancelled by Dell and rebooked with a estimated shipping date of Sept 6.
