    I ordered a 1721 on 8/7 - it wasn't due to ship out until 8/23. The status of it shows it is already in boxing!!! Not sure if I should get my hopes up...has anyone else gotten their 1721's in early?

    That's crazy... what are your system specs? I ordered my 1721 on 8/2 and it's still in production...

    That's good news for you. I think many of us 1720/1721 customers would like to know the specs of your order and your location so that we know if they are catching up.

    I went with the AMD rather than Intel bc the rep told me there were longer shipping delays with Intel and I really don't have a preference between the two. Good luck.

    Boxing stage can take a day or two, since what it actually means is that your laptop was built and is now flying over from Malaysia :)

    Yep. I ordered my 1420 on the sixth.. It went into the boxing stage yesterday so i'm hoping that it'll be different by tomorrow morning.. Fingers crossed. :rolleyes: So.. After boxing does it go to shipped? Or is there something in between? Eh?
