Has anyone on here used the "PC-DE crapifier"? http://www.yorkspace.com/pc-de-crapifier/ Or should i just go thru Add & remove programs, what do you all call JUNk and Bloatware personally ?? What should I keep, what should I remove?? I have not received my Notebook yet, but want to be ready to get this junk off of it as soon as possible. Thank you all.

The best way of removing junk is to reformat your hard drive and reinstall windows from scratch. That way you are left with a brand new, squeaky clean install of Windows, and you can just put on the programs that you want. If you try and uninstall everything through add/remove programs, you will more than likely be left with files and registry keys etc that will not be removed.
I haven't dealt with any decrapifiers, I just reinstall windows when things start to get messy.
For some very useful information about what you want to do, read:

Supposedly the decrapifiers do not work. I've had a couple of users try them, and it doesn't uninstall anything. Personally, I would go with the format way if you are comfortable with it.
If you aren't, you can do the add/remove, but make sure to get a good registry cleaner. The good news going this way is that if you uninstall something and it turns out you need, you can use the restore partition to format your laptop back to factory condition (basically, first day you received it with all of the junk.)
If you go with the format method, make sure to read the format guide first. Users generally don't both to research formatting cause they have done it before, but then make the mistake of deleting all of the partitions. If you go this route, 99% of the junkware will either be available on one of the Dell discs that is sent to you or on the web. Most of the junkware is trialware anyways, so it is pretty easy to find.
