    just thought that 80gb is already enough for me, ill only have several games on there which means that 20gb will be for games, plus my friend has a 60gb notebook drive which i can just stick in there.

    thats crazy, past few ive been reading about delays, so i was like...might as well order my laptop now and then have it arrive right before school starts! now its coming several weeks before, the only problem i have is im going out of town with friends to the beach! on the 8th, and its scheduled to arrive on the 8th! haha now ill be thinkin about it

    i dont know, i hope they didnt jsut give me a crappy screen! lol. something like.. this guy wants our laptop. screw it stick a bad screen he wont notice and if he does we wil jsut take our time with RMA process. but we will ship it fast, it will make us look good.

    i dont know, maybe they got their shipment of screens in.

    Mine was ordered on the 30th July.

    I will be lucky if i see it by the 28th August.


    Come on my fellow Irish brothers, get ya fingers outta ya butts and build my laptop please. An not on a friday after noon either. Im half irish an know friday is down the pub early then back to work at 3pm to hash out some junk till home time lol :D

    i wouldnt be surprised, i mean dell needs to have some fun. they probably flip coins and draq straws seeing whos going to get theirs first. You know what, my laptop is pretty basic, hard drive ram cdrw nothing was changed. You think its not just the screens but other parts that are back ordered like hard drives and stuf?

    In order to change your laptop color, you will have to cancel your order and resubmit it. I had midnight blue and I cancelled it because of the delays. I then ordered a ruby red. Back then, it was not delayed. I should have ordered a jet black.
