    Ordered a 1530 from dell outlet - wohoo! now I'm excited - question on warranty?

    ... and i can finally go back to having a life since all I've done in the past week is try to figure out which laptop to get.


    In case any one is curious, here's the config...

    XPS 1530 2.4 Gz T8300
    WUXGA (1680 x 1050)
    Nvidia 8600 256 GT
    4 Gb RAM
    CD/DVD R+/-W
    160 5400 RPM (will upgrade later)
    6 Cell
    1 Year Warranty

    My question is - should i extend the base warranty through dell or buy an aftermarket warranty?

    I would just stick with the Dell warranty. What other company would provide a warranty for it?
