Well, I ordered both systems on Dell Outlet within a span of 20 mins thinking the 2nd fits my needs better and I could always return the first system and get 100% refund back. Now I read what happened to other people I am kind of hating myself for not reading this forum beforehand. Now, I have not receive either system yet, is there a way I can return the first system without paying the restocking fee? What normally is the outcome for Outlet return? And what would be considered a good or bad outcome?

    No love?

Btw, one is in order processing, another in production. Can I still cancel the one in order processing? Thanks.

Email or call Dell and tell them what happened that you found a better laptop and now you want to cancel the first order. They won't have a problem with that.
