Hi, this is my first time buying a laptop and I was wondering when i order it online if I will need to call dell to confirm the order and if they would want to talk to me for some reason because I have no phone to be reached at. And if they do if I could have someone else talk to them.

    Thanks.

They have a chat option on the net, so you can talk to them just like on the phone, but instead of talking you will be typing ;)

When you order online you will not have to talk to them at all. They'll send you an email confirmation of your order and that should be that, but on the off chance that you need to talk to them or they need to talk to you as goga said you can do so through the chat channel.
