I think that's considered exporting it, right? There's some things Dell has issues with, and exportation is one of them. During the ordering process it will ask you if it's being exported. I don't think they'll ship internationally.

I didn't read the whole thing but it should contain the information you want.

Like the others said, Dell USA won't ship to any other countries, so you either have to come to the USA to purchase it, or find a friend who can buy it and ship it to you.

As for the warranty, you have to purchase a Next Business Day On-Site Warranty if you want international coverage.

Have you tried international shipping? From my personal experience, I had used a parcel forwarding company called Shipito when I bought parts from US retailers. The stores sends your stuff to Shipito and they in return send it to you. They have great discounted international rates; look on their website. you might get a great deal! I had compared Shipito to other parcel forwarding companies and found them to be the cheapest to send to Mumbai.

hey, for shipping products outside US,Viaddress is the best . I have been using them since many years. Their rates are much lower thanBongous, Vpost, Borderlinx .
I have had purchased several items online and shipped them to India by viaddress service only and the most important thing is, items are always received in perfect conditions.
2 years ago i had to buy a acer 5920 notebook for my brother and the model wasn't available here. so i bought it from eBay and shipped them through viaddreess. notebook was reached in 3 days. they are really fast, reliable and trustworthy.
i would say, for international customers, it is must to have them. here is the link.

Also they have live chat support, so if you need any assistance, they are always ready to answer your queries.
