If i'm from Canada, do I have to use dell.ca? Because a lot of special offers/coupon codes dont work on the .ca website.

Yes, you have to order from the .ca site.

You can call in, but the reps tend to be really anal on leverage on prices. You may need to call in a few times for someone to budge.

In that case, does anyone have a website with coupon codes that work on dell.ca?

They don't tend to have many, if you sign up for their newsletter, one may come every few months. I'd recommend you check out www.redflagdeals.com

There definitely are coupons for Canadians...but don't expect the same kind of deals as the US (tho sometimes there are pleasant surprises). As someone said, check out www.redflagdeals.ca.

None applicable to the 1520. *sigh* oh well, I'm quite used to getting jipped just cause I'm Canadian. But it's okay cause I have free health care :)
