What are the ordering stages for dell orders?
When Dell does cancel orders (of their own will, not of the customers'), which stage was the order usually in before it got cancelled?

Thanks...mine says "In Production..." I assume it means it's in stages 3-6?

If you are looking at the actual order status page, then In production could mean stages 2-6. :-(

Also, when I log in to check the status of my order..it says no orders are linked with my account...but if I follow the link from my email account to the order # itself, the order still exists...anything to be worried about?

You can manually link the account and the order on the order status screen. How for sure? I forget...

it's an EPP order -- if i try linking it with my account, then I get:
"Only Home & Home Office, Small Business, Dell Refurbished and Dell Outlet customer numbers can be added using this feature. This customer number has not been added to your account." -
You have to call / email to get it added then...
