Is it possible for an indvidual (not associated with a business) to order a laptop through the Dell small business site? I ask because I've been looking heavily into the Latitude D820, but I don't want to have any legal issues...

So is it possible to (legally) do this?

    Thanks guys

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's perfectly legal.

yeah, there was a thread previously answering this. You just make up a name and it's fine.

If you're really afraid about an audit or something, simply put the name of your employer or whatever in the Company Name box. Dell has nothing in their terms and conditions about who can buy from that section, it's mostly just to seperate the higher quality machines from the mainstream ones.
