I have called in a few times now and I keep getting outsourced salespeople who going by last names are from Central/Eastern Asia.
I can hardly understand through thick accent, and do not feel confident in their hardware advice even though I pretty much already know what I want.
I call into the USA line and boom i'm talking with someone from Texas who is on the same wavelength.
Not only did I get a better deal on the USA salesteam I also felt more at ease and confident in my purchase.
I'm in the market for a laptop and going to spend upwards of $2500.
My question finally is this, is there a way to order through dell via phone and talk to an english speaking person?
When I called the few times it was around 6pm PST, it doesnt switch over at a certain time does it?
Really trying to order a laptop from Dell (alienware to be specific) but keep hitting a brick wall with CDN ordering.
I had to hang up last time because my phonecall had lasted $45 minutes and I still hadn't gotten a final quote with HST, tons of being put on hold.
Yes I could order from online, but then I don't think I should apologize for wanting a good rep to help make sure I'm making the right purchase and get a deal for me since i'm spending a lot of money.

Any tips? Yes i've read all the threads on "how to minipulate" these salespeople, but that is a mute point when i dont have the basic form of communication.

Just order online honestly.
Ordering via Phone (Canadian Number), Why is it so bad compared to US?
