Sorry to bring you bad news, but that is not possible. First off, it is not possible to order online with a foreign credit card, and I have also tried doing it via the telephone and it simply does not work. According to Dell USA, the billing address of the credit card has be an US address and they also only ship to US addresses . Even if you want your computer to be shipped to the US, you must use a US issues CC.

You can pay with a PayPal account; can you set up PayPal with a foreign credit card?

With my US Paypal account, I can only add a credit card with a US billing address. It might be different with a Dominican Republic Paypal account though.

Actually, I used a foreign credit card for my latest order of the m1330. So yes, it will work, however Dell Financial Services may call you to verify the billing address. I used the foreign billing address and my current US shipping address. And everything went through fine. Trust me, it works.

Thats weird because my Dell SB sales rep explicitly said that Dell does not accept foreign cards for local orders. Did you order through Dell Home? Maybe I should try it there.

No. I actually ordered through EPP. But I have also ordered through Dell Home using a foreign credit card. The tricky thing here is though, the Dell ordering sites only give you the option of entering a valid US billing address. However, I entered it as my shipping address and then later that afternoon, a rep from DFS called me up and I told them it was a intl. cc and they were able to charge my cc (or at least put a hold on it) with a foreign billing address.

I also ordered using a foreign credit card, all they do is call you just like ckthepilot said.
