Sorry if it has been covered, I searched and found some threads covering the upgrades but nothing specifically stating if anyone had success with the 7900. I have the original XPS Gen 2 Notebook. Not the new M series. It has a 6800 Ultra, I know it is upgradable to the 7800 but was curious if the 7900 GTX would work in it?

    Thanks for any info.

Also has anyone ever updgraded the motherboard on these to support a faster cpu than the Pentium M's?
