I read someone mention that an Outlet PC is eligible for the Vista Upgrade. I went to the site and it doesn't say how you would request the upgrade.

The one concern I have is the following line.

Select your Express Upgrade to Windows Vista when configuring your new qualifying PC during the promotion period

I didn't have this option when buying the PC.

I've called 3 times, and emailed once, the first two calls they said yes I was eligible, I read other posts that said they werent, I called again and was told it wasnt, after that I sent an email, and was told I was eligible if the laptop has a windows vista capeable sticker on it, which it does, so I dunno, they are supposed to open the registration site next week, so I'll find out then
