I purchased a M4500 through Dell Outlet. When I bought it, the configuration included "3 yr basic ltd warranty and NBD on site service". However, when I decided to check my service tag's warranty status what I saw was:
"Next Business Day Support QLX 6/22/2011 6/22/2012 363 [days left]"
I chatted online with their service rep and he said he would basically forward my question to somebody in charge. I haven't heard back from them for a few days so far.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Sometimes you have to get Dell to update the service tag because I have seen outlet machines pick up the previous owners warranty information before.

My 3yr outlet warranty looks like this

When you buy Outlet items, they come with the standard 1 year warranty and they "add" the 2 year warranty to give you the 3 year warranty. I've seen it take weeks for Dell to update the warranty to the 3 years or whatever additional warranty you purchased.

I would still check on support.dell.com and punch in your service tag and double check on the warranty information.
