So the Outlet has been offline since friday...I am shocked dell hasnt gotten on this and fixed it...from a business perspective, its definitely not a selling point (and even a mitigating one!)...
"Damn if they can't fix their own computers, how can I expect them to send me out a correctly refurbished unit??"

I've been trying for a couple days to get in the outlet for hours at a time. These servers suck!

Hopefully it'll be back up soon, and they won't wait until monday to fix it!

fortunately, i bought a studio 16 and a studio 13 b4 outlet went down late in th afternoon. -
This, is good for me...as, I was just attempting to peruse the SXPS 1340s...
....a very good thing.
I hope it comes back up soon, for everyone else, though!
