So I call to check on extending my warranty and some how I get transfered to Dell Business from a clueless rep and its a nice english speaking lady, but she tells me she needs to transfer me to the home department. Well next thing I know I'm talking to a guy who says his name is Kevin, but there is no way in .... his name is Kevin and I can't understand a word hes saying. Its nice how business customers get better support.

yeah, well i guess you get what you pay for.
however, i'm a home customer and when i had to get a replacement for my first notebook due to 1 dead pixel + 1 stuck pixel, i spoke to a person whose first language was english. -
All of the techs that I have talked to have been outsourced. Sometimes you are lucky and get one home base, but for home customers this is a rare event.
Dell has customer service centers set up all over the USA for business users, but for whatever reason, home users are still outsourced. -
Dell should at least offer better customer service for Home & Office users. Next to the base warranty they should have "Indian tech support included in price" just so everyone knows what they are getting into in case of a computer issue.
Outsource Support only for home customers?
