Is it possible to OC the X7900 processor from within vista, so you don't have restart and to enter the bios?

I don't think it is possible!

The only thing I've head about is a program called Clockgen and it only works with a few very specific chipsets.

dont think its possible or a good idea. if they had unlockable multipliers then you could overclock them that way. my advice is to be happy with you have.

Part of me wishes it overclocks. Then again, I like the fan on my lappy at it's current volume.
