Im a newbie so speak clearly![]()
Couple things
Bought from Dell 3+ years ago
Just installed a new hard drive with Vista Ultimate
Core Duo @ 1.88
Running @ 1.00
Original Ram: 1000
Just installed: 4000, rated at 3320
Intergrated 945G GPU:
Maximum allowed memory is 240
Current memory is 42ish, never changes
Basically I want to max out memory going to the GPU and increase the Core speed to around its rated amount. I have booted a number of times with the F2 key and everything seems to just be a listing of what I have, no referance to Multipliers or anything. So anyone with experience can you walk through what I need to do to OC the CPU and adjust the memory to the GPU. I know about the possible issues with this overheating but i dont really care, Im planning on getting a new desktop at the end of summer.

Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
I doubt you can overclock the integrated GMA950 in your E1505. I did a quick Google search on the subject and it turns up basically nothing. At the very least, you won't be able to use the aforementioned conventional GPU overclocking tools. Seeing as the GPU is integrated into the northbridge, you'll also risk killing your entire machine if something goes wrong.
99% sure you can't do it, wouldn't do it even if you could.
