    Hello,

Stupid question: I had my power unit burning out sunday afternoon after playing for 4 hours. Can the 90W unit really support the 8600M GT in the long run?

(I got a new power unit on overnight delivery, but I am a little bit worried).

    /Stefan

I've had my 1520 on for many hours, every day for the past week, mostly playing WoW and CoH. My system doesn't get particularly hot and I've had no other problems with gaming. I would think that you just had a faulty power unit. You aren't blocking the exhaust fans are you?

He/she is talking about the power brick I think. And no it should never burn out, just make sure you do not cover it up or anything and it should be fine.

Ah. "Power Brick". Yes, that's what I am talking about. English is not my first language, sorry.

Good. I suspected it might just be a lemon, but I wanted to be sure.
