Does anyone else use the full test here:
    http://www.pcpitstop.com/pcpitstop/default.asp

I normally use it on my PC's just to get a baseline of whats going on. Anyway,The test results for my 9400 T74, 2GB Ram consistently tells me that my memory performs unusually low (see attachements). I'm not all that concerned because the system runs great. But it does leave me wondering if it could run better. I've reinstalled the entire operating system and have cleaned up all the processes.

    -Should it be faster?
-Is there a more accurate way to test this?
-Does anyone else use this service and get the same results?
    Any thoughts, suggestions?

Also, I did run a memory test using Sandra and the bandwith is around the same.

are you using 667 or 533 ram? 667 wont really give you much if any noticable improvement, but 533 will lag a little in benchmarks, and your doing a benchmark comparison, that'd be my first guess

possibly..but accurate IMO. I guess there is advertising with everything thats free. I hear ya tho, could be showing low numbers to make you think you need to upgrade.
But Sandra is more of a Benchmark tool and it reads about the same numbers.

I wouldnt worry about it, switching to 667 probably would boost your standing, but thats all you would get, other than that at best maybe 2 or 3 fps in a high end game, or a couple extra milliseconds saved here or there, not worth it at all in my opinion
