I talked to tech at Trend Micro today. When we got the subscriptions on our Dell machines (whether 1/2/or 3 years) ...we received v12. Well sometime in November, latest first week of December, we will get free upgrades to PC-cillin Internet Security v15. As long as your subscription is up to date and valid...your upgrade will be as simple as inputting your serial number and downloading the new suite...Keep your eyes here:

I have been trying this PC-cillin Internet Security out and so far I like it. My paperwork says I have a 3 year sub however when I regerstered it states I have a 1 year sub. Will they renew each year for 3 years or should I call dell?

Call Dell. When I registered mine...It says expires on 10/2/2009 So they either gave you the wrong serial # or owe you two years
