    Which memory gives more performance, PC 5300 cas 4(667Mhz) or PC 4200 (533Mhz)cas 4, in FSB 533Mhz?

    Won't matter as the CAS latency is the same. Buy the cheaper memory.

    get the max speed ram your board supports, then look at which has the lowest latency at that speed. My guess would be you should get the 667 mhz ram for that laptop.
