    PLZ HELP!About buying a DELL online..

    Ive ordered for a studio 17 3 times since last Friday already!
    The first 2 orders have been cancelled because of the wrong bank registered address ive filled in..
    The third one which Ive ordered on Monday seems OK(im sure all the informations ive filled is correct this time..)and in my Order Status it shows

    "Your order has been located.

    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for choosing Dell.

    Your order is being custom-built to your requirements at our factory.

    As we custom build each order to your exact specification, it can take up to ten working days to build and deliver your order.

    For Consumables / Software & Peripherals this delivery time will be much shorter - it will have been specified to you at the time you placed your order."

    But the problem is, until now, I havn't received the Order Confirmation Email yet.. So I don't even have a Consumer or Order number but only the IR number from the Order Acknowledgement one..
    Ive completely no idea what i should do next.. To wait or phone the dell?(Ive tried to contract them by Email but it needs both the order&consumer number..)
    Could anybody help me..?

    P.S. I have checked my bank account~ they havn't charged my money yet but it takes so long! is it usual ?

    Been a while since I placed a Dell order so I don't remember if I got my email confirmation right away but I am thinking it took a while. If you are worried the best thing to do is either call Dell OR use their online Chat support.

    Dell will not charge your card until it ships. You can check your order when you log in to their site.

    thanks ya'll #everything it shows in my order status is the stuff i pasted here.. so i think i'd better call them tomorrow..
