its so simple but i use windows 7 86x and i face the webcam problem so i decide to solve it.
first of all you must disable the webcam, second thing you should search for this " Dell_SX2210-Monitor_Webcam SW RC1.1_ R230103" and try to install it.
maybe you will face a problem at the middle of the installation but you can terminate it by 1. go to the task manger and end task the problem process or 2. you can before you install the software to unpack it or extract it and install the setup from the second folder and follow it the setup from the first folder
the program should be work and everything fine .
if you want anything about it just let me know
good luck

if it says plz plug in a supported device now thats a problem for u
becoz here it surely gonna be the webcam hardware nonfunctional
try to uninstall the integrated webcam frm the device manager and restart and check
if still no go
try using the other webcam software frm Video Capture Software - Capture Streaming Video, Screen Record or Webcam Video Capture and check whether with this also its creating the same issue
if yes contact dell and get ur webcam replaced
