As long as everything is okay, I don't see the problem. Was it new or refurbished? Refurbished boxes come in brown boxes and are just taped shut.

It means laptop packed in brown box with ordinary tape packed are also original and genuine laptop packed by dell company.
Actually I have doubt as I have saw dell laptop packed in colored boxes. -

Well no always. When I bought my brother's M5030 (it's a 279.99 laptop), it came in a relatively plain brown box with the black Dell logo + stickers. Their higher end laptops maybe, but that is no guarantee either (my dad's base Studio 1558 ~650 USD came in a plain brown box too, same as the M5030). I just think it depends on which batch you get your Dell from. -
In my case, vendor is giving 15R N5110 in plain brown box
One more thing I would like clear from you.
Is there is difference between dell laptop made in china and other country
this is laptop is made in china -
Almost all Dell laptops are made in China.

IIRC Dell's ship from Malaysia, though China would not surprise me. The cheapest Sony laptops ship from China, as do Lenovo's, Apple products. I don't think China has anything to do with the boxing nor quality.

My dads refurbished Vostro 3750 arrived today in a plain brown box with Dell on it.
