    But with the release of the M1710,

    will dell offer a sale on M170? Is that their usual procedure when new replacement models come out?

    They will probably lower the price a bit and through out a few coupons which will bring it down alot

    There's also the possibility that they'll get rid of it completely.

    A few weeks back the M170 went an a huge sale for the impending release of the M1710.
