    hi,
    im located in india and hold a credit card here.i have a paypal account created with my friends address in the united states..but the card on that will be my card which is an internayional credit card from india...i wanted to know if my order will go thru if i make a payment online thru paypal

    No. There have been too many identical scams.

    Im not saying that what you are doing is a scam but it is illegal.

    paypal will only allow the seller to send to your paypal confirmed address, you cannot tell the seller to ship elsewhere. so when you enter your card details you will have to supply the billing address which is in india, thats the address they have to send the item to, not any other address.

    it is not illegal to pay for something and tell them to send to somewhere else, it is just paypal's rules that specify the address you want the item sent to MUST be the same address that your card is from.
