    just need to check as it feels like the online one doesnt update ><

    where do i call? where do i navigate to within the call?

    There is no auto check line in Canada except your own account under the Order Status thread.

    By the way...they, for the most part are in the dark because all of our cancellations come under a specific code which they know nothing about. This code is the code that has to do with the sku problems and system reorder once fixed.

    I know this because of the person i speak with daily at the Exec level in Canada.

    The online one updates just fine, it just does not tell you what phase of production the notebook is in. Once your laptop gets past the Build stage, you get it in a few days anyway.
