When I call the phone status system to check up on my 1520 i get different results if I use my order number than if I use my Dell Purchase ID number. The order number gives me a "build" stage message and the purchase id gives me a "pre-production" message.

    Anyone else have similar problems?

When I used my Purchase ID is was wrong all the time. It kept saying all my orders in the Purchase were canceled, while only one was canceled.

So I would go by the separate order number status.

Yep, order number is the way to go for sure.
