    My experience with Dell is getting worse and worse... :mad:

    One CSR won't return my call for one week, and for the last two hours, I got kicked between different numbers but no one can make a change on my order! Is there any place like the order modification department in Dell Home that can deal with EPP customers? :confused:

    This would be the last time I deal with Dell...
